REA - Understanding PAS 100 in Full

The REA are holding another 'Understanding PAS 100 in Full' course on the 25th and 26th of March, you can find more details as well as register for the course here.

 This two-day course covers key aspects of PAS 100 including:

  • Baseline minimum and customer requirements
  • HACCP
  • Dealing with non-conforming batches
  • Hazard recognition and minimisation, setting critical control points and critical limits
  • Input materials and pasteurisation requirements
