REA Understanding PAS100 in Full October 2026

The REA are holding the ‘Understanding PAS100 in Full’ training course on the 20th and 21st October. This two-day course covers key aspects of PAS 100 including:

  • Baseline minimum and customer requirements
  • HACCP
  • Dealing with non-conforming batches
  • Hazard recognition and minimisation, setting critical control points and critical limits
  • Traceability
